Vepahl Dabran, is a non-playable character Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
In SNES/PSX release of the game, she is encountered on level 25 of the Palace of the Dead. In the PSP version, she is a member of the Tigers of Burnham, and appears in the San Bronsa Ruins. In both versions, she is an ambitious mage in search of some kind of ultimate power.

The White Mage Vepahl.
A Bakram who served with the Tigers of Burnham.
She was tasked with scouring the San Bronsa Ruins for the wondrous powers said to lie hidden there. Until the fall of Heim she belonged to a secret expedition squad reporting directly to Regent Morne. After the downfall of the Bakram-Valerian Kingdom she and a few allies joined the Tigers of Burnham.
The Tigers are a faction of the Order of Philaha loyal to Brantyn who sought to rebuild the Bakram-Valerian Kingdom by location the Apocrypha and a set of wondrous powers.
Vepahl located two of the powers at the San Bronsa Ruins, but was then slain by angelic forces.
