Getting the Vampire in Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber[]
in Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber, one needs both the Bloody Emblem and the Count's Garment to change a male into a Vampire. Bloody Emblems are theoretically unlimited but there are only two Count's Garments without cheats per game (enemy drop in Scene 21: Fair Heights, The Eastern Orthodox Church (scene) and a hidden item in Scene 39: Aurua Plains The Battle Rages On).
To get the Bloody Emblem, one needs to pick a unit with a male leader with N or C alignment (under 50). Send this unit to Elgorea on the Mylesia map. When you investigate the town, the male leader will encounter a Vampire who will ask four questions. Only if all four are answered correctly will the Vampire award the leader the prize: the Bloody Emblem. The correct answers for the Bloody Emblem will change every one hour and and thirty minutes (1:30) of every day, starting at midnight (0:00).
