Usar is the governor of the Charlom Border in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen. The warrior Usar was the head of a group of bandits that terrorized the Charlom border before the great war between the Empire and the Xenobian Kingdom. When the Empire conquered Xenobia, Usar was appointed the governor of the border, and helped with the tracking and extermination of the remaining Xenobian knights. Among the murdered by Usar, was a comrade of the knight Lanselot Hamilton. However, his brutal reign over the people of the border ended when Lanselot avenged his comrade and killed Usar.
