Temple Shalina is a stage in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen.

History

In ancient times the pagans in Shalina built a temple in worship of the dark god Diablo. It was abandoned sometime later and anyone seeking to visit the temple of Shalina was forbidden by the Roshian monks. The sage Rashidi's ultimate goal was to wake the sleeping god within the temple to receive the power of the dark gods in exchange for the world.

Events During Stage

• There is virtually an infinite amount of enemy units that are deployed here. Each of the 9 enemy units can spawn 255 times; meaning there are 2295 enemy units total. For this reason, it is simpler to just rush the enemy base instead.
• Liberate Pillary to receive a Dream Crown (CROWN).
• Liberate Gyunpyol with a low Reputation Meter to receive a Blood Spell (BLOOD).
• Liberate Elsmiya to receive one of the following:
  • Heart of Leo (CHA.) - if Reputation is above 50%.
  • Promotion (PROMOTE) - if Reputation is below 50%.
• Liberate the Roshian Temple south of Hebliji (SNES) / Hebliges (PSX) to speak with the paladin, Gawain.
• To witness special dialogue between Gares and Aisha, have a unit containing Aisha come into contact with the enemy commander at Shalina.
• To witness special dialogue between Gares and Debonair, have a unit containing Debonair (without Aisha) come into contact with the enemy commander at Shalina.
