Sherri Phoraena (also known as Shelley Foriner in the SNES/PS version) is a playable character in Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
Formerly a sybil of the Order of Philaha, turned magus of the Bakram-Valerian Kingdom. She turned her back on her family after her mother's death. She's initially encountered as an enemy in Hagia Banhamuba, but can be recruited if allowed to make amends with her family.

If recruited Edit
The Magus Sherri
Sherri Phoraena. Age 24
A magus who once served the Bakram hosts. Once a missionary for the Order of Philaha, she left for a different calling upon the death of her mother. She eventually became a high-ranking member of the Bakram army.
She sought to take Archiereus Mreuva captive at the Hagia Banhamuba, but was routed by Resistance forces. Fearing punishment for her failure she went to ground in Balmamusa, but was discovered there by the Resistance. Her sister Olivya then persuaded her to join the Order of Valeria.
Available on all routes. When fought during Chapter 4 at Hagia Banhamuba, reduce her HP to 10% or less and wait for her to teleport out.
After returning to Phidoch Castle but before going to Barnicia Castle, take a detour to Balmamusa with Olivya at medium-to-high Loyalty. Make sure it's raining to trigger the event; if you're having problems getting it to rain, go to Xeod Moors and use a Horn of the Savage, then win or retreat and move back to Balmamusa immediately.
Sherri will join permanently after the emotional cutscene.
While equal in power, a combination of practical factors make her arguably the better of the Phoraena sisters.
Like Olivya, she can be recruited in any story path, and she starts as a Witch with trained levels in mage skills and Augment Earth. On top of that, Earth is one of the better elemental schools, with powerhouse spells such as Petrifog. So as soon as she's recruited Sherri can have a place as a magic attacker in the player's party; still, you may be inclined to get Meditate from the Enchantress class beforehand.
This also makes her transition into the Shaman class much smoother than her sisters, being already trained as a pure damage spellcaster. By the time she gets access to Nature's Touch and Summon magic, her only true weakness, as any specialized caster, would be her low defenses.
Keep in mind that Oracle's Marks are hard to come by and require going through the Six Temples subquest to obtain copies of, so get all the skills needed before reclassing.
