Sheen Cocteau is a playable character in Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber.
Sheen is a winged wanderer with a laid-back hippie lifestyle. He once resided in Lodis, but fled because of the Empire's tyranny. He now roams the world in search of peace, lending his aide to the Revolutionary Army's cause.
Sheen is also a serial flirt. If a female leads the unit that encounters him, he will hit on her.

Recruiting Sheen requires a low-to-medium Chaos Frame.
During the scene Visitors from the West (Chapter 2, Azure Plains), liberate the stronghold of Coppermine. Sheen will appear and ask the army if they know of any place with peace and women. The answer to this question doesn't matter, but he will ask to join afterwards.
