The Salamander is a class in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen. Like all of the fire dragons, the Salamander makes its home in the mountainous regions of the world.

Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen[]
The Salamander has the appearance of a winged red-scaled dragon with a yellow underbelly. This class shares the same moveset as the Dragon and Red Dragon but it does have improved stats and is one step closer to the powerful Fire Breath. Because of its Mountain movement type, keeping a unit of Salamanders to guard a mountain pass might be wise.
