Randals, also known as Cardinal Randals, is the governor of the Ryhan Sea region in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen.
Story[]
Merchant of Malano[]
Randals started as a merchant in the commercial city of Malano. When the great war started he immediately sided with the Empire and used his wealth to buy himself a position as a cardinal and the lands by the Ryhan Sea.
Corrupt Priest[]
The new cardinal thought himself blessed by the gods and encouraged his people to visit his temples regularly. This was because he took money from their religious festivals and from anyone wishing to pray at a temple. As if those acts of blasphemy weren't enough, he was also studying black magic under Rashidi. Randals is rightfully unloved, and often referred to as a coward and hypocrite by his own people.
Cowardly Death[]
As the rebels closed in around Randals he found himself unable to sleep and lost weight. When they did break through the gates of his luxurious castle built with tainted Goth, he cursed the Deva Luvalon for abandoning him, before the rebels ended his life.
