Ragnar, is a non-playable character in the PSP version of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
Ragnar is the leader of a pirate gang that was ported at Port Omish. His name carries a reputation of fear in the hideaway town.
A drunken dispute between Ragnar and Diego Azelstan over a woman's attention only esculates further with the arrival of Denam, then leader of the Walister Resistance. With his blood already boiling, Ragnar boldly attempts to capture Denam for the sizable reward money, but is overpowered. As he dies, he recalls, with regret, advice from his mother about biting off more than he can chew.
