Rackham, is a non-playable character in the PSP version of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
A spectre lurking in the deepest caverns of the Pirate's Graveyard, Rackham appears at the On Holy Ground map if Azelstan is in the party. Rackham takes Azelstan's form, and demands the party leave what it calls "holy ground".
After it is defeated, the true nature of the Pirate's Graveyard is revealed - a resting place for the spirits of pirates who died at sea with no one to mourn them. Rackham was protecting the makeshift gravesite, scattered with swords serving as anonymous grave markers.
