Porkyus is the governor of the Kastolatian Sea region in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen. After the great war between the Sacred Xytegenian Empire and the four kingdoms, Porkyus became the new leader of the mermaids. When rumors spread that mermaid flesh granted immortality, the mermaids were hunted down. Empress Endora promised Porkyus a nation of their own and so war continued to rage across the Kastolatian Sea between humans and mermaids. However, the rebels put an end to her dream when they confronted and killed her.

- Porkyus is fairly unique among boss characters in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen in that she is a sympathetic character with a fairly high Alignment who can be neither recruited nor reasoned with by the game's player, despite the Alignment, Charisma, or Reputation of the player's character. The only other character with any similarity is Hikash Vinzalf.
