Gloth Region (グロスちほう), is a location in Legend of Ogre Battle Gaiden: Prince of Zenobia, and setting for Stage 2, 'The Starving People'.
Before the stage begins, the several new units are added to the Volunteer Army. Their makeup depends on the answers given during the tarot reading at the start of the game.
Tristan will now be a Knight and unit leader. Cain's Varlet class also levels up.
Like Estrada's Manor in Stage 1, this area contains no enemy units aside from bosses. It does have the first neutral encounters of the game, however.

Stage Events[]
- Visit Kheim to receive a Thunder Stone, which is required to unlock the secret stage Freya Archipelago later in the game.
- Visit the temple, and a monk will say that we are all being tested by God, and all conflicts can be avoided with discussion.
- Press A to share his belief and gain +5 Reputation.
- Press B to reply that humans are intrinsically violent, and lose -5 Reputation.

- After liberating Concerna in the Norodom Region, or the temples in the Chagall Swamps, come back here and visit Aurata. You will be able to buy a White Goddess Idol, but the price depends on your Reputation. Then, take it to any temple in the Chagall Swamps to receive the holy sword Brynhildr.
