Georges Sekendorff, is a non-playable character in the PSP version of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
He is encountered on Floor 22 of the Palace of the Dead. However, if the quest to save Warren in CODA has been triggered, he will not appear. He has the unique class of Witch King, but functions like a Necromancer.

The Mage Georges
A mage who employed necromancy to compel spirits of the dead to do his bidding. There were sightings of him in Vasque and Port Asyton, but reports were vague enough to cast doubt on their authenticity. He appears to be close to the witch Beelzebuth, but the nature of their relationship is not known.
He was vanquished after waylaying Denam on the orders of Beelzebuth. His body was broken in battle, but his soul may yet live on.
