Sara Ostvald is a playable character in Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
Originally an Archer of the Knights of Almorica, she's one of the first soldiers to join Denam's Order.

Sara Ostvald. Age 22.
A Walister serving with the Order of _____. She is an archer with the Knights of Almorica. Her father and brothers were also bowmen with the knights, but all perished in the early days of the war. Her pinpoint accuracy with the bow more than compensates for her lack of brute strength.
She returned to her mother's side after the defeat of the Walister and the capture of Duke Ronwey. However, she returned to her post as soon as she received word of the Duke's rescue.
She initially served with Leonar's troops, but then joined the Order of _____ after Denam went to her aid at Krysaro.

She joins automatically after the battle in Krysaro during Chapter 1, alongside Voltare and either Donnalto or Felicia.

Since Archers are already a powerful class that enjoys distance range at a point where most units are still fighting in melee, Sara will be an ideal damage dealer until Arycelle is recruited; even then, keeping a secondary Archer is always a good idea and Sara will have longer to train the necessary skills.
It the player considers the above to be too overkill, Sara also has good stats to class as a Kunoichi (who can also wield Bows) or Rogue.
