Destin Faroda, also known as Destin the Valiant, is the main protagonist in Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen and a playable character in Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber. Hero of the Zenobian Rebellion.

Story
Unheard of before the Zenobian rebellion, the young warrior Destin Faroda was brought before Warren Moon, a great seer, within the rebel base of Felnamia. Warren used the power of the tarot to ascertain whether Destin was fit to become the leader of the Rebellion. Finding Destin to be the chosen one, Warren gave him troops to liberate the surrounding area.
Destin battles Warren
After liberating Zeltenia he found within the walls knights of Zenobia that were still loyal to the old Zenobian Royal Family. Lanselot Hamilton, the leader of the knights, pledged his allegiance to Destin in hopes of seeing the king's death avenged. At Volzak Castle, Warren challenged Destin to a battle to prove the new leader's martial ability in which Destin was the victor.
In a hidden Roshfel Temple within the Sharom Border, Destin received the Star of Heroes, a symbol of true heroism.
