Cielo, or Cielo the Mercenary, is a minor non-playable character in the PSP version of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
Cielo was a traveling mercenary skilled in fusils, originally from the nation of Balboede. He came to Valeria, because there's "always coin to be had where Lodis is on the move". He came under the employ of Bakram necromancer Reymos Cavour, who was searching for an artifact around Vasque. Though Cielo was devoid of morals, he was nonetheless ill at-ease with his master's dark arts.
When their entourage was interrupted in Vasque by Denam's Order, Cielo was tasked with halting their advance, while Reymos escaped with a captive Ocionne. Cielo was killed in the battle.
