Chaotic is one of the possible character alignments in the Ogre Battle Saga.
Beings who value personal freedom and independancy, and hate restrain are considered to be Chaotic. Arcanists, mercenaries, undeads and netherworlders are Chaotic by default, with very rare exceptions. The opposite of Chaotic is Lawful.

- In the Ogre Battle Series, Chaotic usually represents the side of Evil and Inmorality. However, this is subverted in Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together, where the Chaotic Path is the most morally light of the three storylines.
