Belgo (ベルゴ), is a non-playable character in Legend of Ogre Battle Gaiden: Prince of Zenobia. He is a Dragon Tamer, and enemy leader of the secret stage Freya Archipelago.
The volcanic Freya Archipelago has always had a high density of monsters, but they would usually leave humans alone. However, since the appearance of Belgo in the region, they have become much more ferocious. Belgo is an equally fearsome presence himself. With two Fire Breath dragons at his command, locals describe him as an utter tyrant driven by his own selfish whims.
When confront by the Volunteer Army, Belgo reveals that he's been acting on Balder's instructions, who has been paying him very handsomely. Upon being killed, he only laments over all the money he could've made.
