Bandits, or Highwaymen, are a recurring enemy in the Ogre Battle Series. Usually, they're confined to small gangs and random battles, but sometimes, as in Legend of Ogre Battle Gaiden: Prince of Zenobia, they're part of a larger coordinated scheme.
