Balxephon V. Rahms is a non-playable character in Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together. He is the second-in-command of the Dark Knights Loslorien, the trusted right-hand man of Lanselot Tartaros.
Though his air is dignified, Balxephon is a callous and sly power-seeker. His scheming would go so far as to murder his father, Vogras, and frame his brother Hobyrim for the crime. As a final betrayal, he took Hobyrim's betrothed, Ozma, as his own.

The Dark Knight Balxephon
Balxephon V. Rahms. Age 40.
Second-in-command of the Dark Knights Loslorien, hailing from Galius, seat of the Holy Lodissian Empire. He is the son of Stratarchis Vogras, who commanded five of the orders of knighthood in Lodis. House Rahms is also known for producing some of the Holy Empire's greatest warriors. Balxephon carries significant weight among the Dark Knights, and has the full confidence of Lanselot Tartaros.
He was betrayed by Sir Martym and Sir Barbas at Heim Castle. Though detained for a time, he escaped during a battle between the Resistance and Bakram forces. He has not been seen since.
Trivia[]
- Balxephon was never fought in the original Tactics Ogre. The PSP version rectifies this by having him participate in the battle at Phidoch Castle in the Law and Neutral Routes. He wields a spear in battle.
